The NuTS

This is the Number Theory Seminar@Melbourne, a working seminar on things number-theoretic. We learn what we find interesting and give presentations of the materials, hoping to expose students and us to a plethora of beautiful topics on or related to Number Theory. We also have invited speakers who present their research at NuTS.

Here are some flavours of what we have covered/dabbled in: modular forms, L-functions, elliptic curves, Abelian varieties, Class Field Theory, stacks, representations of p-adic groups…
